About Home Based Laundry Service
Home based laundry service is a laundromat operating from home, using washer dryer machine. Please note : Before washing all clothes go through a sorting stage.
FIRST STEP
Sorting - it includes clothes being individually air shaked, fluff and pet hairs removal, pocket check and removing debris, stain check, colour sorting, and loads sorting.
SECOND STEP
Stain removal- stain removal takes 5minutes
and more depending on the satin, (fresh stain/new stain) No old stains.
THIRD STEP
Washing- each load is transferred to the washer according to colours, each cycle takes 54minutes (standard) and more depending on the cycle the clothes needs.
FORTH STEP
Drying- the washing machine dries at the end of each wash/cylce, there after the clothes are air dried.
EXTRA SERVICE
Pre-wash is offered and available on request at an extra cost. It uses more washing
powder, 5minutes soaking and more water, it helps remove lingering strong odours.

EXTRA SERVICE
Hand wash is available when necessary needed on collars and other places of the clothing starting from R10.
All the extras are communicated and agreed/non agreed over WhatsApp text with pictures and videos sent.
